I think we need to wait until it comes to PC before any of this. I doubt the PSP would have the required storage capacity. Wii could be an idea however they would bring it to the most popular console first - Xbox 360.

actually i believe if they do there'll be a ps3 and a 360 game since a ps3 is more spread out then the 360 and that's exactly how blizzard is

PS3 is more spread out? They'd do a Xbox 360 version over a PS3 any day

blizzard is a world wide game company making games for korea and other countries, the 360 is more isolated to america though i still think theyd make one for both

Well actually according to the FAQ of D3 there WON'T be a version for any consoles at the initial release of D3. Only PC and MAC. Maybe later though.

Yeah it would be way too hard to develop straight away. Just get the PC version out quick!
